1. We bring it to you!
The Big Box storage container is delivered on a trailer and stays on it while at your location.
Where do we put it?
Wherever you need it! Usually in the driveway, although because it sits on a trailer it can also be placed on the lawn. For businesses, the parking lot or docking area is the usual spot.
Apartment buildings
In an apartment complex, quite often the building manager will allocate an area.
If need be, we can drop the Big Box off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.
Make sure you have enough clearance for both the Big Box storage container and the trailer it sits on.
Not just for London ON
Although we don't go outside Ontario, we do serve most of the province, mostly the southwestern region. Please call to find out whether we can accommodate you in your area. Our secure storage yard is in London ON.
2. You pack it
You get 24 hours to load your portable storage container. With a moving van, you'd usually only have 8 hours at the most.
Need to keep it longer?
No problem! Just make special arrangements with our friendly storage professionals.
Do you have everything you need?
Ahead of your Big Box delivery date, visit The Box & Bubble store at either of our storage facilities, and pick up all the cardboard boxes, tape and other packing materials you'll need to have your belongings all packed and ready to go when the Big Box arrives.

We also have appliance carts and moving dollies available for rent, to make your loading that much easier.
3. We pick it up...
We pick up the Big Box and trailer 24 hours after delivery (or on another date if you've made special arrangements).
...and store it...
Once back at our facilities, the portable storage container is lifted off the trailer by a special crane that ensures perfect stability. How stable? Ask about the egg test and golf-cart test!
Secure storage in our yard...
The crane moves the Big Box into position in our storage yard.
For greater security, we place it in such a way that the door is close to the neighbouring unit. This means there's no room for anyone to attempt to get in. This adds an extra layer of security beyond the gated perimeter, video surveillance and your own disc padlock on the storage unit.
If you need to access your belongings while the Big Box is still in storage, just give us a few hours advance notice and we'll move your Box to an accessible position.
... or in our self-storage units
Another option is to follow the Big Box to our facilities and unload the contents into a climate-controlled indoor storage unit or a conventional ground-level outdoor unit.
Or keep it longer for on-site storage!
If you prefer to have your stored belongings closer at hand, you can make special arrangements to keep the Big Box at your location for on-site storage.
...or move it.
After storage...
When you're ready to move your stored belongings back to your home or business – or to a new location – just let us know and we'll deliver them in your Big Box on an agreed-upon date.
You will again have a full 24 hour period (or longer by special arrangement) to unload the portable storage container before we pick it up.
...or right away!
BigBox doubles as a moving van! If you're ready to move into a new space right away, you can skip the storage step and we'll deliver your Big Box right to your new location when we pick it up!
Reserve your Big Box today!
For the best chance of availability, please reserve your mobile storage container at least 2 weeks in advance of your preferred delivery date.
