Do I qualify for the Move-In Free offer?
The convenience of our Truck & Driver service is available to anyone starting a new storage unit rental.
If you're located within 25 km of our storage facilities, you're eligible to get the service for free! This includes the truck, the driver... and even the gas!
If you're outside our 25 km range, you can still get the service at a great price. Please contact us to work out the details.
How does it work?
Very simple!
- Pack your belongings and have them ready to load.
- Call to schedule your Truck & Driver appointment.
- When the truck arrives, you load it up.
- Follow the truck to our storage facility.
- Complete the paperwork.
- Unload into your new storage unit.
Any limitations?
- The driver is only paid to drive the truck. You are responsible for providing the labour ** to load and unload your belongings.

- The Move-In Free deal cannot be combined with any other special offers we might have, so check with our staff and choose the offer that's most advantageous to you.
- This is a one-truckload per customer offer. You'll find that to be no problem, though, when you follow the recommended steps above.
How do I make this happen?
Call us! One of our Storage Solution Experts will help you determine what size storage unit will be best for your belongings. Once size of unit is determined, we'll reserve the unit for you and schedule a convenient time for you to take a tour of our facility. During your visit, all the necessary paperwork can be filled out and we will schedule our truck and driver to meet you at your home or business.
What if I can't visit the facility?
No problem. Call anyway and speak with one of our Storage Solution Experts. Let our representative know you will not have time to visit prior to the truck pick up. We will ask you for a credit card number for payment of your storage unit and set the date and time for your courtesy truck move. When you arrive at the facility on your move-in date, you will need to visit the office prior to unloading and fill out the necessary paperwork to finalize the move-in process.
Is there a time limit for the use of the courtesy truck?
We realize it takes longer to load and unload all the belongings that will fill a large storage unit than it does for a smaller one. We've taken that into account when allotting the time you have to use our Truck & Driver service. Find your allotted time in the chart below according to your unit size:
Size: 5 ' x 5 '
Time allotted to load: ½ hour
Time allotted to unload: ½ hour
Size: 5 ' x 10 '
Time allotted to load: ¾ hour
Time allotted to unload: ¾ hour
Size: 10 ' x 10 '
Time allotted to load: 1 ½ hour
Time allotted to unload: 1 ½ hour
Size: 10 ' x 20 '
Time allotted to load: 2 hours
Time allotted to unload: 2 hours
What if I'm not finished packing when the truck arrives?
You can avoid that situation altogether if you plan ahead and ensure that you are already packed and ready to go before your scheduled date and time. You could even postpone making the appointment until you're sure you're ready.
However, if by chance you have not finished packing before the truck arrives, you will need to load what you have ready and let the truck depart with that. It will then be your responsibility to provide transportation to the storage unit for any remaining unpacked belongings.
